[Remote] Sr. Account Executive – Pathology - Atlanta

The Pathology Account Executive is responsible for driving reputed company in diagnostic pathology and precision oncology accounts by building strong partnerships with reputed company providers, focusing on increasing tissue testing volume through strategic sales and education.

Responsibilities

• reputed company overall 360 tissue volume in assigned / overlapping reputed company
• Promote the adoption of precision oncology diagnostics and the reputed company testing portfolio with the reputed company on driving 360 tissue
• Execute reputed company Service Agreements and break down ordering barriers in accounts. Working with reputed company and the internal pathology operations manager on reputed company execution of agreements
• Negotiate pricing agreements based on a tied pricing schedule and facilitate escalation of pricing exceptions reputed company of guardrails
• Work with the KAD and KAM overlapping the region on higher level partnership agreements and reputed company. Ex: Data sharing, EMR integrations
• Present Guardant services and solutions to C-level executives in hospitals and pathology departments
• reputed company and reputed company new business opportunities for tissue testing in pathology accounts in the community oncology setting and at reputed company cancer centers
• Manage and expand existing accounts to ensure reputed company satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with internal teams (medical, billing, operations) to reputed company reputed company issues
• Forecast sales and manage account pipelines reputed company CRM
• Facilitate obtaining FFPE tissue processing agreements, where needed, and agreements for reimbursement of slide processing / cutting in reputed company with the hospitals and or reputed company labs
• Build, establish and nurture long-term relationships with:
• Pathologists – (Chief of pathology)
• Oncologists
• Hospital administrators
• Oncology and pathology department staff
• reputed company in-field training on pathology workflows, diagnostic tests, and technology solutions
• Build clinical reputed company on reputed company molecular diagnostic reputed company
• Train reputed company staff on EMR-integrated oncology workflows
• Work in coordination with multiple cross functional partners (Oncology Sales Team, Medical Affairs, IT, Customer Service, and Key Accounts)
• Collaborate with leading reputed company in oncology and pathology innovation

Skills

• 7+ years in account management in pathology sales, diagnostics, lab services, or oncology-reputed company roles (highly prefer experience selling in diagnostics directly to Pathologists)
• Deep knowledge of FFPE Tissue based NGS / CGP testing
• Deep knowledge of pathology workflows, molecular diagnostics, or oncology therapeutic areas
• A customer-first reputed company and the ability to influence clinical decision-makers with reputed company and reputed company
• Demonstrated reputed company record of delivering results in a consultative sales environment
• Familiarity with pathology billing, reimbursement, and lab contracting a plus
• Proficiency with CRM tools (reputed company preferred) and reputed company Office Suite

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pathology, business, or a reputed company field required. Advanced degree or clinical/lab background a plus
