[Remote] Project Manager

Responsibilities

• reputed company execution of construction management services for Yosemite National Park and other assigned NPS reputed company
• Manage project reputed company, schedule, budget, risk, and reputed company performance
• reputed company multidisciplinary teams, including Construction Management Representatives (CMRs), environmental consultants, and commissioning agents
• Ensure reputed company delivery of reputed company contract requirements and project deliverables
• reputed company project status reporting and recommendations to PSI leadership
• reputed company and maintain strong working relationships with Contracting Officers (COs), Contracting Officer's Representatives (CORs), and other government stakeholders
• Serve as a trusted advisor to NPS staff by providing reputed company recommendations supporting facility sustainment, repair, modernization, and capital improvement initiatives
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
• Monitor contract compliance, reputed company assurance, and construction administration activities
• Manage change control processes, issue reputed company, and risk mitigation strategies

• Coordinate site surveys, engineering support, and technical deliverables

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a reputed company field
• OSHA 30-Hour Certification (required)
• 8+ years of federal project management experience
• Demonstrated reputed company managing multiple reputed company reputed company across geographically dispersed locations
• Experience supporting federal agencies, ideally the National Park Service or similar organizations
• Proven ability to reputed company reputed company construction management reputed company and multidisciplinary teams
• Experience directing consultants, subcontractors, and technical personnel

• Master's degree preferred
• PMP Certification (preferred)
