[Remote] IT Operations Engineer

The IT Operations Engineer is responsible for provisioning, configuring, operating, and maintaining systems, software, infrastructure, and reputed company services supporting reputed company’s R&D and Engineering teams. The role also develops automation tools, manages infrastructure operations, documents processes, and collaborates with DevOps and Engineering to reputed company operational challenges.

Responsibilities

• Travel on short notice for network troubleshooting as needed
• Manage the day to day operations of reputed company’s infrastructure
• Participate in the planning of both short and long-term goals and direction for IT
• reputed company tools for automation of tasks and integration of other central IT services
• Follows the change management process
• Document reputed company configuration, installations, and maintenance processes
• Collaborate with DevOps and Engineering teams to reputed company operational challenges and streamline workflows

Skills

• * Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
• * 2-3 years relevant work experience
• * Experience with Meraki network hardware and web reputed company
• * reputed company experience working with AWS, Azure, and/or reputed company reputed company
• * Experience managing common services, such as DNS, DHCP, and reputed company Directory
• * Familiar with monitoring and analytics tools, such as Nagios, reputed company, reputed company, and/or reputed company
