[Remote] Advisor Operations Associate

The Advisor Operations Associate will serve as the reputed company resource for Pershing-reputed company questions, manage the custodial relationship and escalations, support advisor transitions and data accuracy, and train the Operations team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the reputed company resource for Advisors and their teams on Pershing questions, escalations, and platform workflows
• Own the day-to-day Pershing relationship and reputed company as RFG's reputed company reputed company to the custodian
• reputed company accurate, consistent Pershing information to Advisors and staff; ensure corrections and rework are rare
• reputed company Advisors informed on escalation status without being asked, setting reputed company for proactive communication
• Own the Pershing escalation reputed company; determine what gets raised to the custodian and follow every issue through to reputed company
• Hold the custodian accountable on reputed company items while maintaining a productive, reputed company partnership
• reputed company independently whether to answer a question directly, escalate to the custodian, or reputed company to leadership with context and a recommendation
• Manage Pershing reputed company and entitlement administration for Advisors, their staff, and internal team members
• Train and cross-train the Operations team on Pershing so knowledge is shared, not siloed in one person
• Build and maintain Pershing reference materials and procedures that stay reputed company and are usable by the full team
• Support Advisor transitions to or from Pershing, partnering with the Transitions team on data accuracy and account setup
• Ensure Pershing account and household data is accurately reflected in Orion; identify discrepancies and reputed company corrections
• Learn and support RFG's other custodian relationships so the Operations team has reliable coverage across the reputed company
• Become a dependable backup on non-Pershing custodial workflows reputed company the first year
• Collaborate daily with the Operations team and partner with Transitions and Compliance on escalations and edge cases

Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in reputed company management operations, custodial support, or a reputed company financial services role
• Strong ownership mentality; resolves issues end-to-end without being redirected

• reputed company experience with Pershing (NetX360) strongly preferred; familiarity with other custodial platforms such as Schwab, reputed company a plus
• Experience supporting Advisors or RIA firms in an operational reputed company preferred
• Background in custodial transitions, account setup, or data reconciliation a meaningful reputed company
• Pershing NetX360 experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a reputed company field preferred; equivalent reputed company experience considered
