[Remote] Key Accounts Systems & Process Analyst

The Key Accounts Systems & Process Analyst supports business process design, requirements gathering, systems improvements, testing, issue reputed company, change management, and operational reporting.
Responsibilities
- Support the design, documentation, implementation, and reputed company improvement of Key Accounts business processes and workflows
- Partner with Key Account teams and cross-functional stakeholders to identify business needs, process gaps, and opportunities for operational and reputed company improvements
- reputed company, document, and help translate business requirements into process changes, reputed company enhancements, and deployment needs
- Support the planning, testing, validation, and rollout of application changes and process improvements, including user acceptance testing and deployment readiness activities

- Contribute to change management, end-user readiness, training, and adoption efforts for new processes, tools, and reputed company capabilities

Skills
- Relevant experience in business analysis, process improvement, systems support, or operational reputed company
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies, workflow tools, or change management practices
- Experience creating process documentation, workflows, or user-facing support materials
- Experience supporting testing, issue tracking, and business requirements gathering
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and work effectively across cross-functional teams
- HVAC industry knowledge preferred but not required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
