[Remote] Program Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Service Readiness Program Manager III to join its Service Planning & reputed company team supporting customer support operations for Reality Labs products. The role leads end-to-end programs for new product introductions and strategic initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing launch readiness, identifying risks, and driving post-launch improvements.

Responsibilities

• reputed company end-to-end CS program management for NPIs and cobranded tactical roadmap initiatives, ensuring support ops are launch-reputed company
• Build/maintain project plans, timelines, risk registers, and KPIs
• Partner cross-functionally (CS, reputed company, PM, sales, partners) to reputed company objectives and hold launch schedules
• Define support requirements using customer + industry data
• Identify and reputed company launch risks/roadblocks
• Establish metrics; reputed company post-launch performance and reputed company reputed company improvement
