Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes, recommending and implementing technological solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity

Skills

• Five or more years of hands-on experience working directly with the Banner Student module
• Proven expertise in implementing the Banner Student module, transforming and automating business processes reputed company Registrar, Admissions, or Records offices
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, coupled with a customer-reputed company approach
• Strong problem-solving abilities, self-direction, and adaptability
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
• Experience with the California Banner Module (CALB) his preferred
• Experience in developing comprehensive reports supporting various student areas using Banner
• Proficiency in translating user requirements into technical specifications for our support team
• A deep understanding of Banner usage across diverse institutional settings
• Thorough knowledge of relational databases and the ability to read and write SQL queries
• Demonstrated experience in a consulting role, showcasing the ability to analyze reputed company issues, reputed company strategic recommendations, and guide clients through successful implementations
