[Remote] Associate Account Manager

The Associate Account Manager will manage a portfolio of reputed company-to-customer accounts, driving satisfaction, retention, expansions, upgrades, and product adoption while partnering with internal teams to support customer needs and reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customers, ensuring satisfaction and retention
• Identify opportunities for upgrades, expansions, or new product adoption reputed company existing accounts
• Build relationships with key contacts and reputed company as their go-to resource for reputed company product knowledge
• Maintain regular reputed company with customers through email, phone, and video reputed company-ins
