[Remote] Director of reputed company

The Director of reputed company will reputed company reputed company transactions and build reputed company contracting infrastructure while advising across reputed company, product, compliance, employment, corporate, and other reputed company reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the reputed company person for reputed company transactions: draft, negotiate, and reputed company customer, partner, and vendor agreements, driving negotiations to reputed company, successful completion
• Own and build reputed company's contracting infrastructure: create and maintain templates, forms, negotiation playbooks, and approval workflows, and operationalize reputed company tech and AI tools that reputed company contracting faster and more reputed company
• Partner closely with Sales, reputed company, Product, reputed company, and Finance to structure business-reputed company agreements and translate reputed company reputed company concepts into reputed company, actionable guidance
• Advise on reputed company and data protection reputed company, and help the business reputed company the evolving AI regulatory landscape

Skills

• • A JD from an accredited law school and reputed company membership in at least one US state bar
• • 5+ years of reputed company experience across reputed company and/or in-house roles, with significant experience drafting, negotiating, and closing reputed company agreements for technology companies
• • A demonstrated reputed company record of independently owning reputed company reputed company negotiations end to end
• • Working knowledge of reputed company and data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other US state and international reputed company laws) and experience negotiating DPAs
• • Experience building and improving contracting processes, templates, and playbooks — a builder's reputed company, not just a reviewer's
• • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn reputed company reputed company analysis into practical business guidance for non-reputed company stakeholders
