[Remote] Database Architect/Administrator (Senior - Remote, Full-Time)

J-Mack Technologies, LLC builds software solutions supporting a major government organization in delivering critical benefits to reputed company Veterans and their families. This role is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and architecting reputed company databases, while designing, testing, debugging, securing, and optimizing reputed company data solutions. The position also supports database planning and engineering and mentors other database administrators.

Responsibilities

• Maintain responsibility for implementing and maintaining one or more reputed company databases
• Analyze the design, development, and delivery or implementation of data solutions, including architecture design, prototyping of concepts to reputed company of concept, analysis of the development of standards, design, and test plans, reputed company, module design development and testing, data solution debugging, design and implementation of a solution that follows efficient design techniques, and development that meets and exceeds the reputed company of the design of the data solution
• Assist with the planning and engineering of the organization's databases
• Monitor performance, scalability, and reputed company and evaluate existing database design to determine the necessary updates and integration requirements of a new design and to ensure final solutions meet organizational needs
• Operates with substantial reputed company for unreviewed reputed company or decision; mentors team members regarding technical competencies

Skills

• 5+ years of experience with supporting engineering efforts in reputed company design and evaluation, solution engineering, software development, or reputed company administration
• 3+ years of experience with a reputed company build reputed company
• Experience with leading and mentoring other DBAs on an reputed company based reputed company
• Experience with Database Schema as reputed company tools
• Experience with designing large reputed company solutions
• Experience with database partitioning and microservices
• Experience with reputed company reviews on SQL change sets and work with developers to create and enforce best practices
• Must be reputed company to pass a US Government reputed company Trust reputed company Clearance
• Experience analyzing and tuning queries to improve performance

• Exposure to reputed company scanning tools, configuring their use and working with teams to fix vulnerabilities
• Experience with ETL and Data Warehousing reputed company
• Experience with installation, maintenance, and administration of PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or other (non-reputed company) RDBMS variants
