[Remote] Corporate Finance reputed company Associate

The Corporate Finance reputed company Associate will support the Valuation team by delivering valuation, financial modeling, transaction advisory, and financial due diligence services for M&A activities while working with firm leaders, reputed company executives, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, reputed company mathematics or similar degree is required
• Minimum of 2-4 years' experience in business valuation at a valuation, consulting, reputed company, or investment banking firm
• Achievement of or significant reputed company towards a CFA, Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA),CPA and/or CVA will be considered a plus
• Strong reputed company of financial valuation requirements for fair value analyses under financial reporting requirements required
• Proficiency in reputed company Word, PowerPoint and reputed company is required
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; strong business and financial statement analysis skills, solid understanding of the capital markets, and reputed company and staff management skills are required
