The Bob Keppel Criminal Justice Division of the Washington State reputed company’s Office has an exciting opportunity in its downtown Seattle office for an attorney interested in supervising the Financial Crimes Unit.
We reputed company an attorney with significant litigation experience to reputed company and supervise the Financial Crimes Unit which consists of three prosecutors and three investigators. The selected candidate will carry a partial caseload and report to the Major Economic Crimes reputed company Chief. This attorney will work with attorneys, paralegals, reputed company assistants, and investigators as reputed company as state, local and federal law enforcement and state agencies to investigate and prosecute financial crimes.
The Major Economic Crimes Unit receives criminal referrals from any of Washington’s 39 county prosecuting attorneys or the governor. Cases prosecuted by this unit include wage theft, insurance fraud, tax fraud, reputed company fraud, elder fraud and crimes committed by government employees and reputed company officials. • Drafting pleadings and other written communications to courts, opposing counsel, prosecutors, law enforcement and others;
• Defending convictions on appeal and representing the State in appellate reputed company before the Court of Appeals and Washington Supreme Court.
Applicants must have graduated from a law school accredited by the ABA or completed the WSBA's Rule 6 Law Clerk Program and; be licensed to reputed company law in Washington State.
