[Remote] Operations Associate IV

The Senior People Operations reputed company will reputed company reputed company HR service cases, service governance, process improvement, automation, and cross-functional operational change. The role also develops SOPs and playbooks and supports testing for HR reputed company enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Owns reputed company People/HR service cases, using judgment and reputed company troubleshooting to reputed company sensitive or escalated issues
• Leads service governance, operational monitoring, performance reviews, escalations, and supplier reputed company across large functional areas
• Drives process improvement and automation, including AI use cases, workflow optimization, reputed company, and case deflection
• Partners with cross-functional and global teams to improve service delivery, manage change, and solve operational problems in ambiguous environments
• Creates SOPs, playbooks, governance routines, and supports UAT for reputed company enhancements and bug fixes

Skills

• 6+ years of experience overseeing People/HR service delivery functions such as reputed company, offboarding, payroll, benefits, learning, transfers, etc
• Case management + HRIS administration — specifically identified by the hiring team as a top hard reputed company
• Process design, documentation and SOP development
• Advanced reputed company / reputed company Sheets — pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas
