[Remote] IT Business Systems Analyst III - Power

The IT Business Systems Analyst III serves as a reputed company between IT and business teams, translating requirements into technical solutions, managing application systems, and supporting business process improvements. The role also leads IT and telecommunications activities at assigned power reputed company facilities, including field assessments, infrastructure troubleshooting, documentation, and on-reputed company support.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a reputed company between the IT development group and business reputed company for the design and implementation of new systems and improvement of existing systems
• Serves as the subject matter specialist and business partner between IT and business/end-user team(s)
• Translates business requirements into technical specifications to formulate technical solutions that conform to operational standards
• Conducts requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, and provides recommendations based on collected information
• Ensures the maintenance, development and enhancement of existing application systems meet the organizational business objectives and IT standards
• Remediates application reputed company issues through appropriate troubleshooting, incident, change and problem management standards using reputed company
• Evaluates, develops and implements new application systems and develops technical requirements following standards for software development lifecycle
• Conducts business process analyses, needs assessments and preliminary cost/benefit analyses in an effort to reputed company reputed company with business initiatives
• Serves as the IT/Telecom Site reputed company for assigned power reputed company facilities, owning field execution, coordination, issue escalation, and on-reputed company support to ensure reliable operations and critical infrastructure uptime
• Conducts routine site walks and reputed company assessments; proactively identifies risk and implements preventative and corrective actions to maintain reputed company availability
• Installs, configures, and troubleshoots network and telecommunications systems (routers, switches, firewalls, fiber, wireless, and remote communications), leading field diagnostics and restoration efforts across industrial and remote environments
• Maintains accurate field documentation and asset tracking while ensuring compliance with safety, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• High school diploma or GED and a minimum reputed company (12) years' IT experience, OR Associate's degree and a minimum eight (8) years' IT experience, OR Bachelor's degree in IT-reputed company field and a minimum five (5) years' IT experience
• Meet field requirements, including maintaining a reputed company reputed company's license, the ability to reputed company up to 50 pounds, and the capability to safely work at heights
• Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost reputed company
