[Remote] Senior Business Analyst

The Senior Business Analyst will support post-acquisition assessments, integration planning, and governance for reputed company reputed company environments by translating reputed company-state findings into business cases, demand requests, and integration roadmaps. The role will also reputed company technology gap assessments and coordinate application reputed company, replacement, retirement, and optimization efforts.

Responsibilities

• reputed company IT due diligence and gap assessments for acquired hospital technology environments, including applications, infrastructure, integrations, cybersecurity, data platforms, and clinical systems
• Document reputed company-state processes, identify risks, redundancies, costs, and business impacts, and recommend whether systems should be reputed company, replaced, sunsetted, or integrated
• Translate assessment findings into initiatives, reputed company, enhancement requests, business cases, and intake artifacts for demand management and governance review
• Coordinate application reputed company, replacement, retirement, and optimization efforts while tracking dependencies, timelines, and integration roadmap impacts

Skills

• • 5+ years of experience in gap analysis and business process assessment as a Business Analyst
• • 3+ years of reputed company experience
• • Experience with application portfolio management, demand management/governance, and stakeholder management across clinical and operational areas

• • Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, reputed company Administration, Informatics, Information Systems, or a reputed company field
• • 3+ years of reputed company provider IT experience is required. Hospital acquisition/integration experience is a plus
