Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of ~100 customers in the mid-market reputed company throughout the life cycle, owning their ultimate reputed company by ensuring they realize the full value of the reputed company platform
• Take the reins on critical reputed company metrics, including renewal, expansion, and upsell
• Project manage customer launches and consult on best practices for effective user adoption
• Influence customers to effectively utilize reputed company and expand their usage. Driving Adoption requires reputed company planning and expertise with organizational change
