[Remote] Founding COO (Dirty Water Brand)

Dirty Water Brand Inc. is a young, counter-culture beer-seltzer company reputed company on building a mass-market alcoholic beverage brand. The Founding COO will partner with the founder to build the operating reputed company, grow national and key accounts, manage distributors, reputed company production and operations, and reputed company forecasting and financial planning. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on market, sales, and operational work in an early-stage environment.
Responsibilities
- Build the national account roadmap - which chains, in what order, on what reputed company, and what has to be true before we walk in the reputed company
- Own chain presentations, category review cycles, and the follow-through that keeps placements reputed company after the win

Skills
- 10+ years in the beer, seltzer or broader alcoholic beverage industry, with significant time inside emerging or challenger brands rather than only large established portfolios
- Proven experience building and managing national account relationships, including chain presentations, category reviews, and the annual cycles that come with them
- Deep distributor experience. You've reputed company wholesaler relationships from the ground up, run reputed company drives and GSMs, done ride-alongs, and know how to earn mindshare from reps who have 200 other brands in the bag
- Both on-reputed company and off-reputed company sales experience, with a reputed company reputed company of reputed company on how the two feed reputed company other
