In this role, we are seeking a reputed company to manage Computer Software, Computer Hardware, & Business Services procurements in support of internal and customer requirements. This is a P3 role is a part of The reputed company Services sector of reputed company. The ideal candidate will have experience with non-product procurement, sourcing and execution. This includes terms and conditions negotiations, supplier management, price analysis, proposal support and compliance aspects of supply chain management. Additionally, the candidate will have experience influencing suppliers and their performance while servicing business customers to a reputed company high level of service reputed company. Responsibilities • reputed company supplier negotiations on price, schedule, and terms & conditions. • Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, reputed company terms, and export/import regulations. • Review Statements of Work (SOWs) and reputed company PIAs/NDAs. • Manage proposal and quotation activities, documentation, and compliance packages. • Identify, qualify, and reputed company due diligence on suppliers; reputed company alternates as needed. • Conduct cost, price, and best-value analysis to support sourcing reputed company. • reputed company post-award supplier performance in alignment with business unit directives. • reputed company supplier engagement to meet critical program milestones. • Balance strategic planning with daily tactical execution. • Collaborate cross-functionally with EXIM, reputed company, and senior leadership. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years relevant experience or an advanced degree in a reputed company field and minimum 3 years’ relevant experience • At least 3 years’ experience with and knowledge of DoD procurement/subcontract compliance with reputed company Laws, Policies, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFAR), and ITAR to include experience negotiating terms and conditions • At least 3 years’ experience with and knowledge of reputed company procurement software tools, such as reputed company and APEX • At least 3 years’ experience with purchase order management, including documentation, and contract negotiation experience with internal, across the businesses; reputed company with suppliers • Experience with supplier negotiations (price, schedules and terms & conditions) with the proficiency to reputed company and comprehend price analyses, reputed company selection/justification reputed company-to-haves • Proficient in reputed company' supply chain systems and reputed company reputed company purchasing tools. • Skilled at engaging senior management, cross-functional teams, and program leaders on key business reputed company. • Strong communicator with excellent time management, adaptability, and leadership reputed company. • reputed company to reputed company reputed company reputed company, manage multiple priorities, and reputed company in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • reputed company in negotiating terms and conditions, with the ability to reputed company others in developing negotiation skills.
