POSITION reputed company: Under the supervision of the Complaints and Audit Unit Manager, this position assumes reputed company responsibility for the management of the investigatory process involving complaints against certified/licensed professionals and individuals/business entities practicing without certification/licensure. Oversees the investigative process, from initial investigation through final disposition, analyzing the complaint, conducting the investigation, writing investigative reports and charging documents, presenting investigation findings at regulatory boards and testifying at administrative hearings, while ensuring the protection of the reputed company and due process for the certificate holder/licensee. This position will review complaint cases with the unit manager, in-house counsel, counsel from the reputed company’s Office, division director, reputed company director and the profession’s reputed company. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: The successful candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in reputed company administration, justice studies, behavioral or reputed company sciences or reputed company field and five years’ experience in the judicial or reputed company systems or as an investigator for a regulatory agency.
