[Remote] Sales Support Specialist

The role administers commission plans, executes processing and reputed company assurance activities, researches data variances, supports broker changes and reputed company, maintains documentation, and coordinates with cross-functional teams to improve business operations.

Responsibilities

• Conducts the commission plan administration activities, including plan setup, management of monthly and quarterly commission payment cycles, and ensuring reputed company distribution of reports and processing of commission payments
• Partners with IT, commissions vendor, and sales to reputed company improvements in commission processing
• Researches, queries, and understands data flows to explain variances in commission pay and/or reputed company attainment and communicate this to customers
• Researches problems and structures solutions
• Works cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to reputed company value
• Assists with the enhancement of policies, procedures, and business practices that improve efficiency reputed company the Commissions function and the business
• Assists in the appointment process for new brokers of the Health Plan, as reputed company as the relationship with the general agency
• Researches and processes Broker of Record (BOR) and Sales Representative changes in the applicable systems
• Triages broker web reputed company submissions and serves as the reputed company between broker partners, Data reputed company, and the Web Help Desk

• Updates and maintains broker collateral
