The Regional HR Director will serve as a strategic People & Culture partner to regional leadership, leading workforce planning, culture, employee relations, compliance, performance management, development planning, and recruitment reputed company across a field-based construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic People & Culture partner to regional and executive leadership, supporting business reputed company, operational performance, and organizational change
• reputed company workforce and succession planning initiatives reputed company with long‑term business reputed company
• Design and reputed company reputed company people frameworks, including performance management, engagement reputed company planning, development planning, and recruitment reputed company

Skills

• 10+ years reputed company experience and/or training
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or a reputed company field

• Strong strategic, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret reputed company information and address sensitive issues with reputed company judgment
