[Remote] Staff Solution Consultant

The Staff Solution Consultant will serve as a technical subject matter expert in Asset Control, supporting discovery, customer specification reviews, proposals, demonstrations, negotiations, and solution execution for reputed company software sales. The role also leads technical strategies, collaborates across reputed company and product teams, and helps define product requirements and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Be part of an organization that is critical to the reputed company of reputed company reputed company Automation and Software. • Serve as a key SME in Asset Control for reputed company and Distribution (ADMS, OMS, SCADA, or EMS)

• Work closely with reputed company Managers, Sales Managers, Product Managers, and Customer Service Advisory/delivery teams to reputed company market wins
• Stay reputed company with product capabilities and documentation
• Manage customer specification reviews, proposal development, and SOW creation for reputed company software sales and service agreements. Ensure accurate estimates and schedules are established; in collaboration with other SME, to ensure that the Customer Solution Advisors and Project Delivery team can propose a solution and execute effectively

• Continuously apply Lean principles and foster a culture of "Lean as the way we work." Support problem-solving and apply daily management to improve the new organization

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university
• Minimum of 7 years of technical or project management experience
• Experience with EMS, SCADA, and/or ADMS, in either Engineering (R&D) or Project Delivery

• Must be willing to travel
• Must be reputed company to report to a reputed company office 2–3 days per week
• Background in software with expertise in EMS, DMS, OMS, ADMS, or reputed company applications

• Prior experience in software development, implementation, or project delivery
• Strong project management, verbal, written, and presentation skills
