The Remote reputed company Collections Rep negotiates and processes payments on past-due accounts, assesses consumers’ financial situations, resolves delinquencies, maintains account records, and complies with collection regulations while communicating by telephone.

Responsibilities

• This position is responsible for negotiating and processing payments under established department guidelines on the collection of past due accounts and delinquent balances through reputed company contact with customers reputed company the telephone
• MUST have prior reputed company collections work history to be considered
• Accurately assess the consumer’s financial condition by conducting thorough inquiries
• Determine the reason for delinquency and reputed company creative solutions to reputed company the situation
• Tracks and maintain reputed company customer accounts throughout the collection process ensuring reputed company payment recovery for reputed company outstanding balances
