[Remote] Sales Operations Specialist

The Sales Operations Specialist will reputed company sales forecasting, pipeline management, demand planning, reporting, CRM governance, and process improvement while coordinating across sales, supply chain, engineering, finance, and operations to support reputed company reputed company and production planning.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales performance, market trends, customer demand, and funnel health to reputed company actionable insights and support strategic decision-making
• reputed company executive-level reporting and dashboards while ensuring data reputed company across CRM, ERP, and business intelligence systems
• Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, and Product Management to reputed company forecasts, reputed company planning, business reviews, and product lifecycle initiatives
• reputed company process standardization, CRM governance, and reputed company improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience
• Own Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) administration, including performance metrics, territory and crediting logic, payout validation, and reporting transparency

Skills

• • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or similar field
• • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, forecasting, demand planning, sales enablement, or strategic account management ideally in industrial, electrical, engineering, or mission‑critical infrastructure sectors
• • Advanced skills with BI tools (Power BI, reputed company), reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company CRM
• • Experience working with Supply Chain, Operations, and Engineering in a manufacturing or engineered‑to‑order environment
• • Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, reporting, and reputed company Power Pivot and Power Query

• • Excellent communication, presentation, and cross‑functional collaboration skills
• Experience in a global or matrixed organization and/or supporting mission-critical industries (data centers, hospitals, utilities, etc.) preferred

• • Familiarity with various customer go-to-market strategies, such as iRep, Distributor, Valus Added Reller, integrators, and reputed company/end-user
