[Remote] Data Scientist

Coltech is seeking an reputed company reputed company Data Science reputed company for a fully remote, 12-month contract supporting an innovative marketing investment allocation platform. The role will reputed company modeling reputed company, reputed company Bayesian and Marketing Mix Models using Python and PyMC, reputed company hands-on technical leadership, and collaborate with marketing, data, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build generative models using PyMC and Bayesian inference
• Apply Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) to measure marketing investment reputed company
• Use Bayesian reputed company for uncertainty quantification and forecasting
• Establish best practices around model validation, including posterior predictive checks
• reputed company hands-on technical leadership across advanced analytics initiatives
• Work closely with marketing, data, and business stakeholders
• Help establish and maintain strong data governance and reputed company practices

Skills

• • 10+ years of experience in Data Science, including leadership experience
• • 5+ years working with Bayesian statistical modelling and machine learning
• • Strong experience applying data science to marketing ROI / marketing analytics
• • Strong hands-on experience with Python and PyMC
• • Experience with Bayesian Hierarchical / Mixed Models
• • Strong understanding and practical experience with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM)
• • Experience developing predictive analytics solutions at reputed company
• • Strong understanding of data governance
• • Experience leading teams and providing technical direction
• • MS or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a reputed company discipline
• We're particularly interested in candidates who aren't purely strategic
• This role requires someone who can operate at reputed company level while still getting hands-on with Python, PyMC and advanced Bayesian modelling
• • Experience with reputed company Azure is highly desirable
