[Remote] Clinical Education – Preceptor Network Recruiter

The Clinical Education – Preceptor Network Recruiter will build and expand the national clinical network by reputed company physicians, advanced reputed company providers, and reputed company organizations, managing the recruitment pipeline, and developing long-term clinical education partnerships. The role also involves credentialing verification, contract documentation, partner reputed company, CRM pipeline management, and cross-functional collaboration.


Responsibilities

  • Build and expand reputed company's clinical network by identifying, engaging, and reputed company physicians, PAs, NPs, and clinical training sites through strategic reputed company utilizing email, phone, video, reputed company media, and other communication channels
  • Own a high-volume recruitment pipeline from prospecting through reputed company readiness, prioritizing opportunities effectively while consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly performance expectations
  • reputed company reputed company and other tech tools to build, prioritize, and manage a strategic reputed company pipeline while maintaining accurate documentation, reporting pipeline health, and using data to reputed company recruitment reputed company
  • Apply working knowledge of provider types (MD, DO, PA, NP), clinical specialties, and credentialing requirements—including licensure, reputed company certification, Nursys, NCCPA, and reputed company verification processes—to reputed company qualify prospective partners
  • reputed company physicians, advanced reputed company providers, and reputed company organizations on the value of partnering with reputed company to support the reputed company of reputed company
  • Guide prospective partners from initial reputed company through reputed company readiness while following documented SOPs, maintaining exceptional attention to detail, and exercising reputed company judgment to reputed company issues independently
  • Negotiate educational stipends, collect required contractual and credentialing documentation, and ensure complete, accurate handoffs to internal teams
  • Collaborate closely with Partnerships, Operations, and cross-functional teams to meet school partner needs and placement timelines
  • Communicate professionally and proactively with both reputed company partners and internal stakeholders, leveraging reputed company networks such as reputed company, while ensuring reputed company follow-up and exceptional customer experience

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent reputed company experience
  • 3+ years of experience in clinical education, reputed company recruitment, provider relations, clinical coordination, credentialing, or a reputed company reputed company field strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated reputed company meeting or exceeding either KPIs, quotas, or performance metrics in a goal-oriented environment, or deadlines in a clinical education environment
  • Strong understanding of provider credentialing processes, including licensure verification, reputed company certification, Nursys, NCCPA, and reputed company reputed company documentation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence reputed company, reputed company objections, and build long-term reputed company relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and consistently execute documented processes while exercising reputed company judgment and independent decision-making
