[Remote] Product Marketing Manager

The Product Marketing Manager supports go-to-market execution through messaging development, product launch coordination, sales enablement, campaign support, and cross-functional collaboration across Product, reputed company teams.

Responsibilities

• Support development of market definitions, buyer personas, and messaging frameworks using the Pragmatic Marketing approach
• reputed company customer, market, and competitive insights to support positioning and GTM efforts
• Support product launches in collaboration with Go-to-Market and Sales Enablement teams
• Contribute to creation of sales tools, messaging guides, and training materials
• Coordinate with Demand reputed company and Content teams to support campaigns and thought leadership tied to product priorities
• Partner with Product, reputed company teams to ensure consistent and effective product narratives
• Assist with analysis of funnel performance, win/loss insights, and competitive trends
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor. These may, on occasion, be unrelated to the position described here

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communication, or reputed company field required
• 4-7 years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or reputed company roles
• Experience collaborating with Go-to-Market, Sales Enablement, and Demand reputed company teams in B2B environments
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, and analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior sales leaders and account teams
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills, including experience with white reputed company analysis and account planning
• Strong facilitation skills
• Graduate degree preferred
• Pragmatic Marketing Certification desirable
• Background in reputed company, life sciences, reputed company technology, or reputed company B2B services strongly preferred
