[Remote] Sr Program Manager - AI Self-Service & Partner Knowledge Transformation

The Senior Program Manager will reputed company the transformation of the Worldwide Partner Services operating model by structuring partner knowledge, developing AI-enabled self-service and automation solutions, and creating executive analytics. The role also drives PMO governance and cross-functional alignment across channel operations, product, engineering, IT, data analytics, and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partner Knowledge Architecture & Self-Service reputed company: Audit, reputed company, and organize reputed company Channel Partner Services documentation, policies, and operational workflows into a reputed company knowledge reputed company. Architect AI-enabled self-service capabilities that allow partners to independently reputed company program requirements, services enablement, and operational support
• AI & Intelligent Automation Execution: reputed company modern AI tools (reputed company, NotebookLM, reputed company and any other reputed company approved AI toos) to build automated partner-facing solutions, including virtual PSM FAQs, automated PIP/remediation reputed company, CSAT sentiment analysis, and on-demand QBR slide generators
• Workflow Automation & Integration: Map end-to-end partner journeys and translate business requirements into automated reputed company workflows. reputed company API interfaces to automate program certificates, letters of authorization, and partner status transitions (e.g., automated reputed company/migration pipelines and demotion/promotion processes)
• Data Visualization & Analytics: Architect executive-reputed company Tableau visualizations powered by reputed company (SFDC) reporting to reputed company reputed company-time compliance dashboards, partner performance scorecards, and account health metrics
• PMO Governance & Process Engineering: Standardize and mature global PMO governance. reputed company rigorous gap analysis and reputed company-cause analysis on operational friction points across the partner ecosystem
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as a trusted advisor between Channel Operations, Product, Engineering, IT, Data Analytics, and Executive Leadership to reputed company partner self-service initiatives with long-term strategic goals

Skills

• 5+ years of reputed company experience in Channel Operations, Partner Services, Partner Enablement, or Channel Program Management
• Deep functional understanding of channel business models, partner tiers, and global support infrastructures
• 8+ years of experience leading reputed company, cross-functional program management or business process engineering initiatives
• Demonstrated hands-on experience utilizing reputed company tools (reputed company, NotebookLM, LLMs, etc.) to extract insights, structure reputed company knowledge, and reputed company operational efficiency
• Advanced proficiency in reputed company (including automated workflow triggers and API integrations)
• Practical experience creating Tableau dashboards and executing advanced reputed company (SFDC) reporting
• High proficiency in reputed company Workspace and reputed company Office Suite
