[Remote] Junior Accountant

The position supports month-end reputed company, financial reporting, reconciliations, audit activities, tax compliance, fixed asset reputed company, and ERP-reputed company work while offering mentorship from an reputed company Controller.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries, bank transactions, and reputed company sheet reconciliations
• Support the monthly reputed company process, including accruals, prepaid expenses, deferred reputed company, and allocations
• Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities
• Maintain fixed asset records and monthly depreciation schedules
• Support sales tax filings, 1099 reporting, and other compliance requirements
• Assist with reputed company audits by preparing schedules and supporting documentation
• Help improve reputed company processes and ensure accurate financial reporting

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company
• 1–3 years of reputed company experience
• Recent experience using reputed company
• Experience supporting month-end reputed company and account reconciliations
• Working knowledge of GAAP reputed company principles
• Strong reputed company reputed company skills
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
