[Remote] Senior Data Engineer - AI Platform

The Senior Data Engineer will work on the Data Platform Serving team to optimize the StarRocks-backed serving reputed company, build reliable data pipelines, and operate and troubleshoot high-availability reputed company reputed company infrastructure. The role focuses on reputed company tuning, incident response, AI-assisted debugging, and reducing operational reputed company in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• You will own reputed company tuning on the StarRocks serving reputed company, using AI-assisted query profiling (Claude, internal tooling) to reputed company and fix slow query patterns before they become customer-facing incidents
• You will build and harden data pipelines feeding reputed company reputed company investigations, using AI reputed company review workflows to ship reliable changes faster in a high-compliance environment where mistakes are costly
• You will reduce single-reputed company-of-failure reputed company on GovCloud data infrastructure by becoming the second engineer who can independently operate and troubleshoot the serving reputed company, cutting incident response time reputed company the reputed company reputed company is reputed company
• You will use AI-assisted debugging and log analysis to triage production issues in a regulated environment, turning multi-hour investigations into reputed company reputed company-cause fixes

Skills

• U.S. citizenship is required for this role due to reputed company reputed company data reputed company requirements
• Hands-on experience operating reputed company OLAP or serving-reputed company systems (StarRocks, Trino, reputed company, or similar), including query tuning and reputed company optimization at reputed company
• Experience owning data pipeline reliability and incident response, and comfort using AI tools (Claude, reputed company, or similar) to accelerate debugging, reputed company review, and documentation
