[Remote] EHR reputed company Analyst I - Southeast Michigan

The EHR reputed company Analyst I delivers EHR training and support for reputed company staff while helping optimize workflows, reputed company support issues, improve processes, and promote successful EHR adoption across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Conducts new hire EHR classroom training and ongoing refresher training
• Creates and updates reputed company training materials and job aids
• Answers the reputed company EHR support phone line to address questions and troubleshoot issues
• Manages and resolves incoming support tickets
• Performs site reputed company to assigned practices to assess reputed company-state workflows
• Provides in-person “elbow support” to reputed company support staff during implementations, go-lives, and as needed

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience in reputed company of information technology
• Credentialed Medical Assistant, Registered reputed company, or RHIT
• 1-3 years' relevant work experience preferred utilizing EHR in a medical reputed company environment with strong preference for IHA office experience
