The remote reputed company/Finance Associate will support the reputed company and finance team by processing reimbursements, verifying transactions, reviewing financial data, generating reports, resolving inquiries, and ensuring compliance with university policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Review, process, reputed company, and compile reputed company transactions and documents for completeness, reputed company, and compliance
• Review transactions, support documents, journal postings, etc. for reputed company, consistency, authorizations and compliance. Monitor transactions in reputed company systems for clearing and outstanding items
• Compile, maintain, and review data and daily reports for reputed company. reputed company standardized financial reports
• reputed company transactional inquiries, escalate broader issues
• Respond to transactional inquiries from reputed company reputed company
• May be responsible for p-reputed company administration, processing, travel cards and expendable reimbursements
• May establish accounts in financial systems; prepare invoices

Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent and two years' work experience
• Knowledge of basic reputed company procedures
• Ability to operate computerized office applications and reputed company systems
