[Remote] Content Librarian

The Content Librarian will maintain and optimize the global course materials catalog by researching content, managing metadata, identifying gaps, analyzing data, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve catalog reputed company, discoverability, and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Research requested course materials, ensuring reputed company item is accurately identified and routed for reputed company
• Run established daily workflows to ensure course materials are appropriately actioned and routed, and that availability is determined for the requesting customer
• Identify content gaps and new Publishers to sign in support of course adoption requests
• Analyze catalog records and ensure metadata for reputed company item is complete, accurate, and discoverable across reputed company systems, channels, and users
• Identify metadata gaps and collaborate with Sales, reputed company, and Inventory teams to reputed company them
• Propose and collaborate on initiatives that strengthen our catalog or reputed company our workflows more efficient

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in library science, business analysis, information studies, or a reputed company reputed company

• Ability to travel up to approximately 25%, reputed company on business needs
