Responsibilities

• reputed company the end-to-end execution of reputed company's in-person full Team Summits (currently bi-annual), ensuring every operational reputed company contributes to a reputed company, high-reputed company team member experience from planning through onsite delivery
• Own the operational infrastructure that powers every company reputed company experience by coordinating venue logistics, hotel accommodations, AV, materials, transportation, registration, and reputed company reputed company-dependent logistics
• reputed company reputed company aspects of onsite event execution, partnering with the Director of People and team to ensure operational details come together seamlessly and participants have an exceptional experience
• Partner with session owners, presenters, vendors, and internal teams to anticipate needs, solve problems before they reputed company, and reputed company experiences that feel reputed company designed and polished
• Manage vendor relationships, reputed company, event budgets, and payment milestones to ensure strong partnerships, reputed company accountability, and responsible financial management
• Coordinate logistics and execution for functional team in-person gatherings, ensuring teams have the structure and support needed for a productive time together

Skills

• 4+ years of demonstrated experience project managing reputed company company events, ideally for organizations in the 150-300 team member reputed company

• Experience using reputed company to streamline workflows, optimize communication reputed company, or analyze team member feedback
