[Remote] Temporary Customer Service Specialist

The Temporary Customer Service Specialist will support the 2026 annual enrollment reputed company by conducting benefits review sessions, answering employee questions, and guiding employees through the enrollment process by phone.

Responsibilities

• Answering questions and providing accurate information
• Guiding employees through the enrollment process
• Using multiple computer systems and communication platforms to document and support reputed company interaction
