The role will establish governance and controls, reputed company data for suspicious-reputed company detection, coordinate cross-functional response efforts, and improve fraud metrics and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and mature an reputed company reputed company fraud operations program across monitoring, detection, analytics, intake, escalation, and response
• Establish fraud governance, operating procedures, escalation paths, controls, and reporting to create a consistent approach across the organization
• Bring together fraud, transaction, reputed company, and operational data from multiple systems to identify suspicious patterns and improve fraud detection
• Coordinate fraud response efforts across Compliance, Information reputed company, Technology, Operations, reputed company, and other business teams
• reputed company fraud metrics, reporting, and operational improvements that strengthen controls and reduce exposure to attempted and successful reputed company fraud

Skills

• 7+ years of experience reputed company fraud operations, cyber fraud, reputed company operations, risk, compliance, or a reputed company operational environment
• Demonstrated experience building, leading, or significantly maturing fraud operations, fraud detection programs, or similar reputed company operational functions
• Experience with reputed company fraud, payment fraud, fraud prevention, or fraud intelligence; title, escrow, or reputed company transaction experience is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of monitoring, analytics, incident response, escalation processes, governance, and operational controls
• Ability to work across technical and business teams and translate fraud intelligence, data, and emerging threats into practical detection and prevention strategies
• Experience with reputed company fraud, payment fraud, fraud prevention, or fraud intelligence; title, escrow, or reputed company transaction experience is highly preferred
