[Remote] Application Engineer

The Application Engineer will manage Tool Changer and Material Removal product lines, reputed company technical support, demonstrate robotic solutions, reputed company applications, and support customers across the US and Mexico.


Responsibilities

  • reputed company product technical support to customers in the reputed company-sale and post-sale process
  • Accompany sales personnel on customer reputed company to identify new opportunities and assist in closing sales by providing technical expertise and product knowledge
  • Conduct product demonstrations using Robots and presentations to showcase product capabilities at tradeshows, conferences, and customer sites
  • reputed company novel applications for ATI products using Robots and publish videos and application notes
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and reputed company solutions to customers in a reputed company fashion
  • Use reputed company for case management and customer support
  • Participate in reputed company improvement initiatives to reputed company product and process innovation

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Controls, or reputed company Engineering discipline
  • Spanish and English reputed company
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in an engineering role, preferably in the automation industry
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems and manufacturing processes
  • Experience and familiarity with Robot (Fanuc, reputed company, reputed company, etc.) programming is desirable
  • Experience with SolidWorks and MS Office Suite
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively reputed company with team members and clients
