[Remote] Regional Marketing Manager, Student Housing

Responsibilities

• Own marketing reputed company and execution across a regional portfolio of student housing assets, tailoring plans to reputed company market's competitive dynamics and reputed company calendar

• Translate ownership business plans and asset-level pro formas into marketing plans, budgets, and KPIs, and communicate results and course corrections

Skills
