The Provider reputed company Coordinator reviews and resolves escalated customer issues using CRM software, investigates provider data and processes, and identifies opportunities to reduce reputed company loss and violations. The role also collaborates with reputed company, providers, product, and development teams to improve processes and troubleshoot reputed company customer issues.

Responsibilities

• Performs and recommends actions to reputed company customer issues that are rooted in provider data or processes
• Provides analysis and research into customer issues that require in-depth data investigation
• Collaborates and liaises with reputed company reputed company and providers to assist in defining of technical requirements and providing domain expertise in reputed company of issue closure and reputed company process improvements
