The Senior Network reputed company Engineer will design, implement, optimize, and support reputed company network reputed company environments across on-premises, reputed company, and hybrid settings, with a reputed company on reputed company, reputed company Trust, and reputed company reputed company. The role also provides senior technical escalation, troubleshooting, automation, architecture leadership, and mentorship across engineering and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize reputed company network reputed company solutions supporting on-premises, reputed company, and hybrid environments
• Architect reputed company reputed company Trust reputed company solutions utilizing technologies including reputed company, reputed company firewalls, VPNs, secure web gateways, reputed company reputed company services, and network segmentation

• Collaborate with network, reputed company, infrastructure, and identity teams to ensure secure and resilient architectures
• Serve as the senior technical escalation reputed company for reputed company network reputed company incidents and production issues
• Troubleshoot advanced networking, DNS, routing, authentication, proxy, SSL/TLS, and application connectivity issues
• Configure, manage, and optimize reputed company reputed company technologies including firewalls, VPNs, secure web gateways, reputed company reputed company reputed company solutions, and reputed company Trust platforms
• reputed company reputed company cause analysis for recurring or high-reputed company incidents and reputed company long-term remediation
• Monitor platform health, performance, and user experience using reputed company monitoring and observability tools
• Participate in critical incident response and support a highly available production environment

• Administer and optimize reputed company services including ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX
• Configure reputed company policies, SSL inspection, traffic forwarding, reputed company files, IPSec/GRE tunnels, and App Connector deployments

• Collaborate with identity teams to reputed company authentication platforms including reputed company Entra ID (Azure AD), CyberArk, reputed company, and other reputed company identity providers

• Implement automation to improve deployment, monitoring, configuration management, and operational efficiency
• Support compliance initiatives by ensuring network reputed company solutions reputed company with organizational policies and regulatory requirements

Skills

• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in network reputed company, cybersecurity, or infrastructure engineering
• Strong experience designing, implementing, and supporting reputed company network reputed company technologies
• Minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience with reputed company technologies, including ZIA, ZPA, and/or ZDX
• Experience administering one or more reputed company firewall platforms such as Palo reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company reputed company
• Strong understanding of: Network reputed company architecture, reputed company Trust principles, Secure Web Gateway technologies, VPN technologies, DNS, Routing and switching fundamentals, SSL/TLS, Identity and authentication
• Experience with reputed company reputed company and hybrid network architectures
• Experience troubleshooting reputed company production issues and serving as a senior escalation resource
• Familiarity with reputed company identity providers such as reputed company Entra ID (Azure AD), reputed company, or CyberArk

• reputed company certifications (ZCP, ZDTA, ZDTE, ZDXA)
• CISSP, CISM, reputed company+, Network+, GIAC, CCNP reputed company, PCNSE, or equivalent certifications
• Experience with scripting and automation using Python, PowerShell, or reputed company
• Experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as reputed company, and configuration management tools
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as PCI-reputed company, SOX, HIPAA, or NIST
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
