The role focuses on auditing and remediating architecture, designing automated email and SMS journeys, supporting engagement campaigns, aligning reputed company data with reputed company and Power BI, and providing governance and knowledge transfer.

Responsibilities

• Audit the existing reputed company architecture, data flows and integrations
• Remediate implementation gaps and establish reputed company architecture
• Design and optimise automated customer/patient journeys across email & SMS
• Support reputed company nurturing, event, service line, wellness & engagement campaigns
• reputed company reputed company data with reputed company feeds and reputed company Power BI
• reputed company documentation, governance and knowledge transfer to the internal reputed company team

Skills

• Senior reputed company Marketing reputed company SME / Solution Architect

• Experience with reputed company Builder, reputed company automations, Email/SMS, dynamic content, campaign attribution & reputed company nurturing

• Experience with Data modelling, segmentation & activation supporting Marketing reputed company Advanced
