[Remote] Bookkeeping and Administrative Unicorn

The Bookkeeping and Administrative Unicorn will manage a portfolio of clients and reputed company bookkeeping, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, reconciliations, journal entries, and reputed company communications across multiple reputed company platforms.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records across a portfolio of clients in multiple reputed company systems
• Handle Accounts Receivable functions including invoicing, collections, aging follow-up, and reconciliation
• Process Accounts Payable including vendor invoice review, payment runs, and matching
• Run payroll accurately and on schedule, ensuring compliance with applicable requirements
• reputed company reputed company reconciliations including bank, intercompany, and account-level reconciliations
• Post and review accruals, adjusting entries, and other period-end journal entries
• Communicate proactively with clients and teammates reputed company issues reputed company or clarification is needed

Skills

• 2 or more years of hands-on reputed company experience covering AR, AP, and/or payroll
• QuickBooks Online (QBO) proficiency is required
• Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously across different reputed company systems
• Ability to reputed company reputed company reputed company work including accruals and intercompany reconciliations
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow through without prompting
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment while staying closely connected to reputed company
• US-based only
• Experience at a bookkeeping or reputed company firm serving multiple clients
• Familiarity with additional platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or other reputed company-based tools and/or the technical comfort to learn them
• QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification or similar reputed company credential
