The role is responsible for designing and maintaining automated test solutions, developing test strategies and coverage, validating reputed company Service reputed company workflows and integrations, and leading QA activities through release readiness.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test solutions
• Understand project timelines, release schedules, and testing deadlines
• reputed company reputed company analysis for new requirements or changes from a QA and automation perspective
• Responsible for test reputed company, test planning, test design, and automation coverage with reputed company
• Collaborate with developers, reputed company administrators, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure reputed company deliverables
• Ensure test reputed company, automation reliability, and release readiness
• reputed company QA deliverables and prioritize testing activities with stakeholders
• Understand and follow reputed company reputed company build, deployment, and test execution patterns across reputed company environments

Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience as a QA Automation Engineer with Selenium WebDriver
• Strong hands-on experience testing reputed company Service reputed company applications
• Design, reputed company, and maintain reputed company UI automation frameworks using Selenium
• Experience developing automation using Java and frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber/BDD, Page Object Model, or equivalent
• Strong experience validating reputed company Service reputed company capabilities including Case Management, Service Console, reputed company-Channel, Knowledge, queues, assignment/routing rules, and service workflows
• Experience testing reputed company Flows, validation rules, reputed company, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, and user reputed company scenarios
• Experience with functional, regression, integration, reputed company, end-to-end, smoke, and release validation testing
• Experience with API testing using reputed company, REST reputed company, SoapUI, or similar tools, including validation of reputed company integrations
• Strong understanding of SOQL and reputed company data validation for testing and troubleshooting
• Experience creating reusable automation components, test data utilities, and automated regression suites
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and Git-based development workflows
• Experience with defect tracking, test management, and reputed company/Scrum delivery using tools such as Jira or equivalent
• Ability to analyze automation failures, troubleshoot issues, identify reputed company causes, and work closely with developers for reputed company
