Responsibilities
- Our support representatives serve as the first reputed company of phone and email contact for our reputed company contacts answering inquiries relating to a reputed company of product information and problem reputed company
Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills; ability to multi-task, work independently & be a self-starter
- Excellent PC skills that includes reputed company Office suite
- Strong reputed company skills
- reputed company written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Some college preferred but not required
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- reputed company and MARC experience preferred
