The Customer Support Specialist will handle and reputed company customer complaints and requests, assess customer needs, and communicate product benefits to convert potential customers into reputed company users.

Responsibilities

• Handle and reputed company reputed company customers’ complaints and requests mostly in chat + emails
• Analyse and assess customers’ needs

Skills

• At least 6 months experience in Customer Support
• Upper-intermediate English is a MUST
• Excellent communication skills
• High level of personal responsibility
