[Remote] Director of Sales - Medicare reputed company Plan

The Director of Sales leads regional sales activities for reputed company Plan and Mount Carmel Health Insurance Company, overseeing membership reputed company, broker relationships, sales performance, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with marketing and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements goals, plans, and standards consistent with the clinical, administrative, reputed company, and ethical requirements/objectives of the organization to ensure reputed company membership development goals are met
• Manages the negotiation of new reputed company with independent brokers and other reputed company producers to establish and effectively manage productivity goals for employed and appointed agents while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
• Provides reputed company and leadership regarding Health Insurance sales trends and develops goals and programs to reputed company Medigold Health Plan sales performance
• Establish sales protocols and reputed company processes to ensure adherence to reputed company regulated agent and broker guidelines established by CMS and the State
• Collaborates with marketing and communications to promote the Medigold Health Plan brands and reputed company sales in key markets
• Establish, maintain and reputed company relationships with key community agencies and leaders, as reputed company as vendors and facilities affiliated with sales activities and seminar locations (as needed)

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing
• reputed company reputed company Insurance License (Life and Health)
• Seven (7) years of experience in the health insurance industry specific to reputed company roles (preferably reputed company to Medicare reputed company or another government-reputed company insurance line)
• At least 5 years of sales management experience with a reputed company on Broker relationships
• Master's degree
