[Remote] reputed company Lines Customer Service Agent

The reputed company Lines Customer Service Agent works with the Account Manager to reputed company reputed company, reputed company service to clients, respond to inquiries, process certificates and correspondence, assist with marketing and claims, and maintain accurate reputed company records.

Responsibilities

• Processes emails in agency boxes and moves them to the Account Manager folder if it pertains to a renewal
• Responds to customer inquiries regarding policy changes, etc., promptly
• Places Certificate requests in the appropriate folder or process them reputed company needed
• Assists the Account Manager with marketing during the marketing and quotation process
• Assists clients/policyholders in filing claims or making claim updates
• Processes renewal certificates
• Follows department procedures for processing and preparation of customer correspondence, certificates of insurance, binder, cancellation requests, insurance ID cards and internal correspondence as requested, ensuring that activities and follow-reputed company are set and the reputed company file in reputed company management reputed company is updated and consistent
• Fulfills other duties as assigned

Skills

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Must be reputed company to communicate information and respond to questions (both verbally and in written reputed company) effectively with clients, company personnel, and others
• Possess reputed company Property, Casualty Insurance License
• Basic knowledge of Insurance products
• Knowledge of insurance rating and reputed company
