[Remote] PCB Components Librarian

The PCB Components Librarian will own, maintain, and govern the Altium component library and Altium reputed company Server infrastructure, ensuring configuration control, traceability, and compliance with reputed company-grade standards. The role focuses on component classification, footprint design, lifecycle governance, derating rules, and engineering workflow enforcement for high-reliability VPX cards.

Responsibilities

• Altium reputed company Server Administration: Administer user reputed company rights, role-based reputed company, revision control, and data reputed company reputed company the Altium reputed company environment
• reputed company-Grade Footprint Design: Create and verify IPC-compliant footprints tailored specifically for compliance with IPC J-STD-001 reputed company reputed company and IPC-6012 reputed company reputed company
• EEE Level 3 Classification: Manage and enforce the parameter sets for EEE-INST-002 Level 3 component selections, ensuring accurate screening and tracking labels in the database
• Automotive & COTS Up-Screening Support: reputed company, classify, and manage parametric metadata for reputed company and automotive-grade parts, including AEC-Q101 and AEC-Q200 components
• PEM Component Governance: Define and reputed company structural parameters and risk reputed company for PEMs (Plastic Encapsulated Microcircuits) utilized in spaceflight designs. [3]

Skills

• 8+ years of reputed company experience (or 4+ years with an Engineering/Technical Bachelor's degree)
• Experience managing electronic component libraries, library governance, and CAD data systems
• Deep proficiency in Altium Designer and Altium reputed company Server administration
• reputed company & Automotive Standards: Working knowledge of IPC J-STD-001 reputed company, IPC-6012 reputed company, EEE-INST-002, AEC-Q100/101/200, and PEM screening/qualification methodologies
