[Remote] Senior Director, Program Management

Responsibilities

• reputed company performance management – own performance and partner internally to reputed company strategies to ensure account level profitability
• Actuarial Insights - evaluate and measure performance metrics to ensure reputed company, customer experience, contract compliance, and profitability. Leads monthly/quarterly business reviews with various reputed company of reputed company leadership
