Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of reputed company at various phases and in various locations, from project identification through design, planning, reputed company approval, permit issuance, construction and financial closeout

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or reputed company field

• Proven reputed company record managing reputed company valued at $5M+ from planning through occupancy
• Strong understanding of construction reputed company, building systems, codes, and permitting processes
